Merry Christmas everyone! It’s hard to believe the weekend is finally here. My tree has been overflowing with gifts for weeks now and the longer that Christmas takes to get here, the more I end up buying everyone. I don’t have all that many people to buy for, so I enjoy finding lots of things for them that I think they will love.
There is always that one person, or maybe two, who are super difficult to buy for though. I put my husband in charge of that person this year though. I told him it’s all he has to do and I will buy for everyone else. Needless to say he waited until YESTERDAY to go shopping. Ugh, I just can’t with the last minute shopping. I love gifting, so often times I am done with everyone weeks if not months in advance.
Even more important than gifts for Christmas is the food! I will be indulging in every bit of our family tradition of fondue this evening, but then it’s back on track with healthy meals. We have got you covered for the week, including New Year’s Eve with a cocktail and some delicious meals!
