Sweet & Spicy Pecan Snack Mix
Snack mix is one of my favorite things about the upcoming holiday season! Whether you prefer a savory varieties like this Zesty 3 Cheese Snack Mix, a spicy mix like this Cheddar Sriracha Snack Mix or something sweet like this Sweet & Salty Cranberry Snack Mix, there is no denying that snack mixes are one of the first treats to go at the holidays! This Sweet Spicy Pecan Snack Mix is sure to be no exception in that department.
Schermer Pecans reached out to me and sent me a beautiful gift box of amazing high quality pecans. I had a thousand different ideas floating through my head with sweet and savory ways I could utilize my new bounty of pecans, but my first and best idea was this Sweet & Spicy Pecan Snack Mix!
Instead of making a basic sweet snack mix, I decided to add a little twist with some spice from cayenne pepper. It is just enough to add a little kick at the end of each bite. You can adjust the amount of pepper based on your personal spice preference.
