Light Bleu Cheese Broccoli Slaw is a great way to change up the standard coleslaw with bold flavor from blue cheese green onion and extra crunch from broccoli slaw. Not only is it delicious, but it is a healthier alternative made with Light Greek Yogurt Bleu Cheese Dressing for a light and creamy side dish you will love!
Speaking of love, I recently had an interaction that I didn’t love so much. In the past I have always had great luck with the people I sit next to on flights…that is until my trip out to San Francisco. It wasn’t actually the people next to me, however the lady behind me. A middle-aged woman decided that she was going to shove her knees into the back of my seat as hard as possible when I went to recline my seat. She continued to rustle back and forth with her knees shoved so far into my seat that I was completely miserable.
I turned around to politely ask her to quit and she flipped out, saying she is 6 feet tall so I can’t recline my seat back. After she took all her weight and shoved my seat so hard that it sat back upright, I resided to the fact that I couldn’t recline on this flight. I really didn’t want to be that person that the plane had to make an unexpected landing for, to escort me off the plane. 😉
OK, enough venting about crazy people. Instead let’s focus on what an amazing side dish this will be to add to your standard holiday repertoire. Maybe if I had some on my flight I would have been much happier camper!

What recipe do you use for the broccoli slaw? I have seen several on the internet. Is one better to use with this than another?
Danielle Green says
I just buy a bag of premixed broccoli slaw
