A delicious mix of healthy entrees, snacks and sides make up this Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #99 for an easy week of nutritious meals your family will love!


It is the 4th of July weekend and that means two things. Extra days off of work and lots and lots of food! Whether you gather at the lake with family or get together with friends in their back yard, food is central to any holiday celebration and this one is no exception. I have included my Patriotic Parmesan Garlic Chip Dip for the 4th and you could lighten it up even more with a Greek yogurt dip made in the same design. It is sure to be a hit at your party!
