Hey guys, sorry I am a few hours late on this meal plan today. I just got back from vacation yesterday and it has been a whirlwind! We went to visit family in Germany and then took a train over to Paris for a couple days. It was a wonderful trip with my husband and a great distraction from life.
We are back now and it is time to get back to the real world. That means unpacking, cleaning up and getting back on track with healthy eating! We enjoyed all the good foods while abroad, from Oma’s rich homemade meals in Germany to countless chocolate croissants in Paris. Vacation is no time to worry about healthy eating in my opinion. 😉 We are home now though, so time to dig into these amazing healthy meals!
