It’s Thanksgiving week! I’m so excited for a 3-day work week, time with family and an extra long weekend coming up next week. Oh ya, and let’s not forget all the good food! Stay on track this week with our Healthy Weekly Meal Plan so you can indulge in all the good holiday food on Thanksgiving.

Whether you are celebrating with family or friends, it is always great to have an excuse to set aside a whoel day to spend with loved ones. Enjoy the holiday!
