Crock Pot Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork - Krafted Koch - An easy and flavorful slow cooker recipe for pulled pork with a unique twist!

Crock Pot Honey Balsamic Pork is a sweet and tangy pulled pork recipe that is loaded with flavor. It is great as a stand-alone sandwich, tossed in a quesadilla or served over some rice. This recipe makes a large batch of meat, but it is so versatile you can use it for a variety of dinners. It also freezes great, so you can come home to a hot meal in the Crock Pot and then stash some in the freezer for another day.

I have been on a Crock Pot kick lately, if you haven’t noticed. Whether I am planning my entire Thanksgiving feast, making soup, or enjoying mac n cheese, it is so awesome to come home to a delicious meal waiting for you to enjoy. It is especially nice if you know you are going to be stuck at the office late, have to run errands afterwards or stop by the gym. I know if I am just leaving the gym at 6pm, I am starving and want to get something to eat ASAP. I make much better food choices when I have something at home already made up waiting for me to enjoy.
