Easter dinner in and of itself really isn’t so unhealthy in the grand scheme of things. Roasted ham, vegetables, potatoes and deviled eggs make up a yummy meal that is balanced. The real problem with Easter are two things, dessert and eater baskets! I am not much help in the Easter basket department because I fully believe chocolate is a mandatory requirement. A Lindt chocolate bunny would be my top choice personally. 🙂
