We are back with another amazing Healthy Weekly Meal Plan! From hearty veggie soup and grill fish to skillets and meatballs, we have something for everyone this week! How is everyone doing on their New Year’s Resolutions? As I mentioned before, the gym parking lot is still very full, so lots of people are clearly still at it. Staying on track with eating healthy is always a struggle, but I have been doing well lately. Whether I make what is on the meal plan for the night or if I am feeling incredibly tired and lazy and just pop something in my airfryer, it has been overall good.
