Light Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
Honey Mustard is one of my favorite dipping sauces. The thick creamy sauce that is perfect for dipping with chicken strips tastes great, but isn’t exactly healthy. This Light Honey Dijon Vinaigrette takes all the great flavors of Honey Mustard and puts it in a light and flavorful dressing perfect for a fall salad full of apples, bacon and chicken.

The honey dijon flavors pair well with so many different salad options. Whether you drizzle it on a pecan crusted chicken salad or a quinoa and squash side dish, it will add great flavor.
Whip up a batch of this and store it in the fridge for a healthy and delicious alternative to your traditional honey mustard!
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. apple cider
- 1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. champagne or red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds.
