Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • flakey sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Slice baguette into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Arrange on two baking sheets.
  • Drizzle pieces of bread with oil and sprinkle with a touch of flakey sea salt.
  • Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or until the eges or golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.

Notes

If you prefer a thicker crostini, slice it 1/3-1/2 inch thick and add a few minutes to the baking time.
