Ingredients
1French baguette
1/4cupolive oil or avocado oil
flakey sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Slice baguette into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Arrange on two baking sheets.
Drizzle pieces of bread with oil and sprinkle with a touch of flakey sea salt.
Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or until the eges or golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
Notes
If you prefer a thicker crostini, slice it 1/3-1/2 inch thick and add a few minutes to the baking time.
