Southwest Tortilla Crusted Tilapia Salad is an easy and healthy 15 minute recipe made with an airfryer! A bed of mixed greens topped with tomatoes, avocado, red onion, Tortilla Crusted Tilapia and a homemade Chipotle Lime Dressing makes for a flavorful dinner idea you will love.
Spray your frozen tilapia fillets with cooking spray on both sides. Place in your Airfryer and cook for 15-18 minutes at 390° until crispy. (If you don't have an Airfyer, you can bake the fillets in the oven according to the directions.)
While the fish is baking, in two bowls, add half of the greens, tomatoes and red onion. Toss the mixture with the Chipotle Lime Dressing.
Top the greens with the baked fish and sliced avocado. Serve immediately.
