Honey Mustard Ham & Cheese Pretzel Sliders

Ingredients

Sliders

  • 1 package 9 buns pretzel Hawaiian sliders
  • 9 ounce package deli ham
  • 4 large slices marble jack or cheddar cheese

Honey Dijon

  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Butter

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Line a 9X9 pan with tinfoil. Slice the pretzel rolls in half and place the bottoms of the buns in a lined 9X9 pan.
  • Top the bottom half with ham and cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the Dijon mustard and honey. Spread the mixture on the top half of the buns and place on top of ham and cheese.
  • In a small bowl, microwave the butter for 30-60 seconds until melted. Brush the butter over the top of the pretzel buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove the foil from the pan and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

If you or some of your guests don't like sauerkraut, you can replace it with some grilled onions. Do half and half or just make all of the brat sliders with onions.
