- 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 3 Tbsp. red onion finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 oz. cold smoked salmon
- Bagels crackers, french bread, etc. for dipping
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese on high until it is soft.
Add the diced red onion, vinegar, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until it is well combined and light and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese on an 8 inch plate and top with small pieces of cold smoked salmon.
Serve with crackers and bread.
