Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 Tbsp. red onion finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 oz. cold smoked salmon
  • Bagels crackers, french bread, etc. for dipping

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese on high until it is soft.
  • Add the diced red onion, vinegar, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until it is well combined and light and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese on an 8 inch plate and top with small pieces of cold smoked salmon.
  • Serve with crackers and bread.
