Italian Chicken Sausage Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. precooked Italian chicken sausage diced
  • 1/4 c. hash browns
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp. bell peppers diced
  • 1 tsp. onion finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil chiffonade OPTIONAL
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Add everything but the egg and basil to a glass Mason jar.
    Store the prepped jars refrigerated for up to 1 week.
    When ready to cook your breakfast, add the basil along with 1 or 2 eggs to the jar and stir well. Microwave for 30 seconds and give the eggs a quick stir.
    Microwave an additional 40 seconds if you are using 1 egg or 60 seconds for 2 eggs.
    Carefully remove the jar of scrambled eggs from the microwave and enjoy!
