Brie & Apricot Puffs

Easy and sophisticated puff pastry shells filled with apricot preserves and creamy brie cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 10 oz Puff Pastry Shells
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/3 c. apricot preserves
  • 4 oz. brie cheese with rind cut off

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Arrange the shells on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately cut the tops off of the shells and set aside. Spoon a Tablespoon of apricot preserves into each shell and top with a slice of brie. Cover with the tops of the shells and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm from the oven.
