Ingredients

  • 1 Flat Out Thin Crust Flatbread
  • 1/3 c. refried beans
  • 1/4 c. chopped green chilis drained
  • 1/4 c. corn
  • 1 oz. queso fresco approximately 1/4 c.
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Spread refried beans on flatbread and top with green chilis, corn and queso fresco. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Top with tomatoes and onion and serve immediately.
