Ingredients

  • 1 c. mango diced
  • c. tomatoes chopped
  • ½ c. sweet bell pepper finely diced
  • ½ c. red onion finely diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Toss all of the ingredients together and store in an air-tight container refrigerated.
