Spicy Kale Chips

Spicy Kale Chips are beautifully crisp and loaded with bold chipotle flavor for a healthy 5 ingredient snack. They are perfect for the munchies or paired with your favorite sandwich on the side!

  • 10 oz. bag kale
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. chipotle powder
  • 1/4 c. nutritional yeast


  • Preheat your oven to 400°.
  • Sort through the pieces of kale and remove any large pieces of stem still attached. In a very large bowl, toss the kale and olive oil together and massage until well coated. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until all of the kale is evenly coated with seasoning.
  • Spread over 2 baking sheets and bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes, or until all the chips are light and crispy.
