Ingredients

  • 4 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 ballls burrata torn in quarters

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, garlic salt and pepper. Toss the tomatoes and basil in the bowl until they are evenly coated. Top with pieces of the burrata and store refrigerated or serve.
