Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. Dijon
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. matchstick carrots
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 pink lady apple
  • 2/3 c. dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c. diced green onion

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, champagne, honey, Dijon, poppy seeds and salt in a bowl until well combined. Fold in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
