  • 1/4 c. protein smoothie booster
  • 1/2 c. frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 3/4 c. your choice of milk almond, coconut, etc.
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
