- 8 ounces deli sliced turkey OR 2 cups leftover turkey
- 8 slices swiss cheese 10 ounce package
- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds optional
Preheat oven to 350°.
Arrange the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes or until it is partially cooked. (About 80% done) Thicker bacon may need a couple extra minutes.
Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles on a greased sheet pan. Top each crescent with one slice of turkey, a slice of swiss cheese and one slice of partially cooked bacon.
Roll the crescents up and top with the optional sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until the crescents are golden brown.
