Equipment

Ingredients

Cheeseburgers

  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire or steak sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Serving (optional)

  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red Onion
  • Pickles

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix them lightly, making sure not to pack the beef together too tightly.
  • Divide the beef mixture into four patties. Press the patties down until they are no thicker than ½”.
  • Place the burgers in the preheated air fryer basket and cook them for 6-8 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 155°F.
  • Place one slice of cheese over each burger and cook for one additional minute and they should reach an internal temperature of 160°F to be food safe.
  • Garnish with your desired toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover cheeseburgers in the fridge for up to two days.
