Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh cherries pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. almonds chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add cherries, brown sugar, almond and cinnamon. Stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or until it starts to caramelize.
  • Remove from heat and top pancakes or ice cream with cherries.
