Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. crumbled feta

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber. Wrap the grated cucumber in a couple paper towels or a clean dish rag. Squeeze all of the water out of the cucumber that you are able to.
  • Add the grated and squeezed cucumber to a bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before serving with pitas or crackers. Store up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Notes

You can use lower fat yogurts, but it will thin the yogurt out and it won't be as flavorful.
