Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 6 pieces of thin bacon

Instructions

  • Cut your pineapple into 12 wedges.
  • Wrap each piece of pineapple with a half slice of bacon and place on a lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 400° for 20-30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through. Serve immediately
