- 1 fresh pineapple
- 6 pieces of thin bacon
Cut your pineapple into 12 wedges.
Wrap each piece of pineapple with a half slice of bacon and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 20-30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through. Serve immediately
