Cheesy Buffalo Chicken French Bread

This cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bread is an easy and delicious 15 minute dinner recipe. Crusty French bread is topped with spicy chicken, melted Mozzarella, gorgonzola and a crunchy mix of green onions and celery.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1/2 French bread
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery finely sliced
  • 1/3 cup gorgonzola

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slice your loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place on lined baking sheet. In a small bowl combine the chicken with buffalo sauce, until well coated.
  • Spread the chicken evenly over each half of the sliced bread and top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with green onions, celery and bleu cheese. Slice into 2 inch pieces and serve immediately.
