Greek Turkey Sausage Scrambled Eggs

- 1 turkey sausage link chopped
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta
- 1/4 c. hash browns
- 1/4 c. baby spinach chopped
- 1 egg
Add the sausage, feta and hash browns to a glass Mason jar. Top with the spinach.Store the prepped jars refrigerated for up to 1 week.When ready to cook your breakfast, tear up or chop the spinach on the top of the jar. Add 1 or 2 eggs to the jar and stir well. Microwave for 30 seconds and give the eggs a quick stir.Microwave an additional 40 seconds if you are using 1 egg or 60 seconds for 2 eggs.Carefully remove the jar of scrambled eggs from the microwave and enjoy!
