Crock Pot Honey Balsamic Pork

An easy and flavorful slow cooker recipe for pulled pork with a unique honey balsamic twist!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb pork roast
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic minced

Instructions

  • Trim any excess fat off the outside of the pork and cut into large 3 inch chunks. In a 4-6 quart slow cooker add everything but the pork and whisk until well combined. Add the pork and cook on slow for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. To shred the pork, put your hand mixer on the lowest setting and mix it in the Crock Pot just until the bulk of the meat is shredded.
