Honey & Goat Cheese Endive Bites

Honey & Goat Cheese Endive Bites are made with crisp little leaves of endive filled with whipped goat cheese, pecans, honey and fresh sage for an elegant and delicious appetizer that will impress!

  • 12 endive leaves
  • 1 5-6 oz container spreadable goat cheese I used La Bonne Vie
  • 1/4 c. pecan pieces
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 12 small sage leaves


  • Fill each endive leaf with about a 1/2 oz. goat cheese and top with 1 tsp pecans, 1 tsp. honey and a leaf of sage. Serve immediately.
