Baked Bleu Cheese

Baked Bleu Cheese is an easy and amazingly flavorful appetizer that is the perfect dip for the big game or a fantastic way to start out an elegant dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. bleu cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheesse
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. chives diced

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Place in a small oven safe dish that has been sprayed with non-stick pan spray. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately with toasted french bread or your favorite dippers.
