Overnight Raspberry French Toast Bake
Overnight Berry French Toast Bake is a scrumptious dish so easy to make with a few simple ingredients, including your favorite coffee creamer, International Delight! Throw it together the night before and toss it in the refrigerator so it is ready to bake for your holiday breakfast or brunch!

- 2 loaves french bread
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. International Delight White Chocolate Raspberry
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pint berries
- powdered sugar and syrup for serving
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the cream, International Delight, vanilla and cinnamon.
Slice your loaves of bread into 1 inch slices. Dunk each slice in the egg and cream mixture and arrange in a 9x13 pan. Pour the remaining egg and cream mixture over the bread and cover.
Refrigerate for 4-12 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator while the oven is preheating to 350°.
Bake for 20 minutes uncovered and an additional 10 minutes covered.
Serve immediately with berries, powdered sugar and syrup.
