Ingredients

  • 2 c. balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium-high, cook the balsamic vinegar for 40-45 minutes until it reaches a syrup consistency. You will know it is done when it leaves a thick coat on the back of your spoon after stirring. Allow to cool and store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
