- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. Dijon
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. matchstick carrots
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 pink lady apple
- 2/3 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 c. diced green onion
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, champagne, honey, Dijon, poppy seeds and salt in a bowl until well combined. Fold in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
